I already have an email program (Outlook, Messenger, Eudora, etc); why do I need Riderweb Tools?

There are 6 advantages of using RiderWeb Tools that can not be achieved with a regular email program.

1. Easily configured to automatically work with your website to collect visitor information and add it to your mailling lists. Also will automatically remove recipients that request to be removed from a mailing list.
2. Web site visitors can request information from your web site and receive an automatic response without your intervention. Your web site works for you while you're sleeping!
3. The tools can send e-mail to thousands of recipients without jamming your Internet connection or requiring you to be on-line when the mailings are sent out. The software is installed on RiderWeb servers.
4. Personalization, the Tools can address the recipient by name. This would take hours, if not days with a regular mail program!
5. Combined delivery of Text and HTML emails. The Tools use a formatting that allows both text and HTML versions of an email to be sent in one email to a recipient. The email is 'packaged' such that HTML compatible mail clients view the HTML version and HTML non-compatible clients view the text version with an HTML attachment.
6. You can send email at timed intervals. You can tell the Tools to send email to an individual or list at a specific time in the future. This is not possible with any email client.

By controlling the Tools through your web browser you can setup many automatic e-mail functions that would not be possible with an ordinary e-mail program. A database stores your letters, e-mail lists, auto responses, and the people that are actively receiving information from you.

Yes, if the list you have is greater than 100 emails we will upload your list into the Tools at no extra charge, when you purchase a full version of the Tools. Your email list should be submitted to RiderWeb as a tab delimited text file.

Absolutely not! Everything you need to control the tools is already contained in your web browser. All you need is your web browser and you can instantly be using the tools from your desktop. Plus since the Tools are browser based, you can use them from any machine that has a browser and web access! When you decide to purchase the Tools, RiderWeb will work with your or your Web Master to install the autosubscribe software on your website.

No, since this is a professional service that is often used by our clients to build relationships with their clients, we do not include advertising. In both the Free and Paid version of the E-mail Tools, a small one line statement is attached about RiderWeb at the bottom of the message. However this can be removed as well by changing the lists 'properties'.

Yes, everything about the Tools can be configured with a mouse and a little keyboard typing. Plus there are extensive on-line help files and FAQ pages included with your Tools copy. So if you have problems you can click on a help page to find what you are looking for. Plus, the Tools have an embedded priority help form, so if you need assistance, just shoot an e-mail off to RiderWeb Tech support and you will get a prompt response.

Can I use RiderWeb Tools to send unsolicited e-mail?

No, we encourage and enforce all RiderWeb Tools users to not send SPAM. Using opt-in mailling lists for your newsletter is far more effective since people request the information from your web site.

Does RiderWeb provide email lists to send targeted email marketing campaigns?

No, we encourage our clients to build opt-in email lists using our technology or load a list you already own. We in no way provide email lists to send email campaigns.
